Key Responsibilities: Assist in testing and validation of inverters, solar on-grid, and off-grid products. Maintain and operate Reliability & Maintenance Lab equipment. Support senior engineers with ongoing projects, experiments, and product validation tasks. Perform PCB manufacturing-related work , including soldering and de-soldering of electronic components. Set up test benches, fixtures, and measurement systems for product evaluation. Record and analyze test readings , and prepare test reports as per defined formats.
