Key Responsibilities:
Manage SAP operations (PR/PO, stock tracking, vendor documentation).
Vendor coordination – onboarding, payments, negotiations & reconciliations.Procurement & material management – sourcing, sampling, POP & dispatch.Support branding events, expos & gifting initiatives (corporate & festive).Financial documentation – GRN, payment tracking, expense planning & MIS reporting.Export branding – procurement, budget monitoring & tracking.Legal support – proofreading contracts & coordinating with legal team.
Qualification: BBA/MBA/B Com/ Any Bachelor.
Skills Required: Strong organizational & vendor management skills.
Proficiency in SAP & MS Excel.
Experience in procurement, branding & financial coordination.
Ability to handle multiple vendors, tasks & timelines.Excellent communication & coordination skills.
Department: Branding and Communication.
Experience: 2-4 Years in Branding Operations.
