Junior Engineer (Electrical)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our Power Backup Solutions R&D Testing & Validation Team. The role involves working on inverters, solar on-grid, off-grid systems and other products verticals, focusing on product reliability, lab maintenance, and supporting senior engineers in daily activities.

This position is ideal for candidates eager to develop hands-on skills in electronics testing, validation, and PCB manufacturing processes within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in testing and validation of inverters, solar on-grid, and off-grid products.
• Maintain and operate Reliability & Maintenance Lab equipment.
• Support senior engineers with ongoing projects, experiments, and product validation tasks.
• Perform PCB manufacturing-related work, including soldering and de-soldering of electronic components.
• Set up test benches, fixtures, and measurement systems for product evaluation.
• Record and analyze test readings, and prepare test reports as per defined formats.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized lab environment.
• Support troubleshooting of hardware issues under guidance from senior engineers.

Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Skills: Testing, Soldering, and Laboratory Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
