Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Planner located in Bengaluru. The Production Planner will be responsible for creating and managing production schedules, ensuring the efficient flow of materials, and coordinating with teams to meet project deadlines. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing production data, optimizing processes, and balancing resources to achieve operational objectives. The planner will also liaise with internal teams to ensure timely communication and resolve potential issues in production workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Production Planning and creating effective Production Schedules
• Strong Analytical and Planning skills to manage resources and optimize outcomes
• Excellent Communication skills for cross-department coordination and reporting
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment and solve challenges proactively
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in manufacturing or production processes is preferred
• Proficiency in production planning software or tools is an advantage
