Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Planning Specialist based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include developing product plans, conducting market research, and analytical activities to support product strategy. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and implement effective product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Product Planning and developing Product Strategy Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data Experience in conducting Market Research and identifying industry trends Expertise in Planning and coordinating product-related activities Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Relevant educational qualifications such as a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Prior experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment is a plus
