Job Title: Production Officer

Post Production Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage production documentation accurately.
Oversee
batch preparation and batch release
processes.
Coordinate with production and QA/QC teams to ensure timely release of batches.
Ensure
compliance with SOPs
and assist in updating or drafting SOPs when required.
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery of finished goods.
Assist in inventory checks and batch-wise tracking.
Maintain accurate records of production logs, release notes, and shipment details.
Generate basic Excel reports related to production and dispatch.

Requirements:

Education:
Minimum Graduate (B.Sc./B.Pharm preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
1–2 years in production/post-production or related role
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
(data entry, formatting, filtering)
Understanding of
batch documentation
and SOPs
Other Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic salary 20k to 22k
