Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Officer to support continuous plant operations and ensure efficient production processes. The role involves monitoring DCS operations, executing unit operations, and handling hazardous chemicals while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and operate plant using DCS (Yokogawa) system
Oversee continuous plant operation ensuring smooth workflow
Perform distillation and other unit operations efficiently
Operate and monitor vacuum systems, cooling towers, heat exchangers, steam jet ejectors, and dry vacuum pumps
Ensure safe chemical handling and compliance with safety protocols
Manage hazardous materials and support plant safety practices
Assist in troubleshooting process deviations to maintain product quality
