Required Qualifications: Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of industrial wiring, control panels, and basic PLC operations. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics. Knowledge of GMP standards is mandatory. Willing to work in shifts if required. Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of automation systems. Familiarity with cleanroom operations and pharma-grade equipment. Quick problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure. Key Responsibilities: Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery, electrical systems, and control panels. Diagnose and repair electrical faults quickly and efficiently. Ensure all electrical work is in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety standards. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance and repair work. Assist in equipment calibration and validation as needed. Support during regulatory audits (e.g., USFDA, WHO, MHRA, etc.). Coordinate with production and QA/QC teams to minimize equipment downtime. Manage inventory of electrical spare parts and tools.
