The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring that production schedules are met. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining production efficiency, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety regulations. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments for continuous improvement and cost management.
