Spectrum Digital Prints, Raipur is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and manage our complete production and installation operations.
We are a full-service branding and signage company working in Flex Printing, Glow Sign Boards, LED Signage, with all machines and fabrication facilities available in-house.
This role is responsible for managing the entire workflow, from planning and production to site installation, ensuring quality, timelines, and team coordination.
• Manage end-to-end production and installation flow
• Plan daily and weekly production schedules
• Coordinate between design, production, fabrication, and installation teams
• Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of projects
• Handle manpower planning and machine utilization
• Resolve production challenges and site-level issues
• Maintain clear communication with management and internal teams
• Proven experience in flex printing, glow sign boards, LED signage, or related industries
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Hands-on knowledge of printing machines, fabrication, and installation processes
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Stable and growing work environment
• In-house production setup with modern machinery
