Position Overview:

Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee the production schedule and daily operations.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet targets.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Manage production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement cost-effective production methods.
• Maintain production reports and analyze data to improve productivity.
• Ensure optimal use of manpower, materials, and machinery.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:

  Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Engineering or Science).

• Experience:

  Minimum 5 years+ of experience in a similar role within the plastics manufacturing industry.

• Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of plastics production processes and machinery.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Work Location:

Factory Unit – Dhulagarh, Howrah, West Bengal

Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Howrah/Dhulagarh area will be preferred.

Compensation:

₹5 – ₹9 Lakhs per Annum
