Production Manager

i5 Designs is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager with strong proficiency in Cabinet Vision software to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire production lifecycle —from interpreting design inputs to delivering high-quality, timely outputs through efficient factory operations. Responsibilities Oversee and optimize end-to-end production workflows within the in-house factory. Translate design blueprints into precise, production-ready plans using Cabinet Vision software . Coordinate closely with design, engineering, and quality control teams to maintain consistency and accuracy. Ensure optimal use of materials, manpower, and machinery to maximize efficiency. Supervise the production team , ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks. Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production challenges in a timely manner. Requirements Proven experience using Cabinet Vision software in a manufacturing or modular furniture production setting. Strong leadership , team management , and organizational skills .
