Site Supervisor - Interior Design

i5 Designs is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to lead and manage interior fit-out projects on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality execution while maintaining safety and design integrity. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily on-site interior activities , including carpentry, electrical, painting, and other finishing works. Interpret and implement detailed interior design drawings with accuracy. Collaborate with designers, project managers, and vendors to ensure smooth and timely project delivery. Conduct regular quality checks and enforce adherence to design and finishing standards. Monitor and maintain site safety , compliance, and cleanliness at all times. Prepare and submit daily progress reports and updates to the project team. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the interior design or fit-out industry . Solid knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction details . Ability to read, understand, and execute technical and design drawings .
