Maintaining effective communication with architects, designers, and vendors is crucial for seamless project execution. Routine quality checks and adherence to Umbrette standards will be part of your daily tasks. Ensuring site safety protocols are followed and maintaining a clean working environment are essential aspects of this role. Keeping detailed daily site reports, labor logs, and material records will be necessary for project documentation. Sharing regular updates and site photos with the central project team will help in maintaining clear communication. Additionally, you will play a vital role in addressing punch points and ensuring a smooth handover of projects. Supporting client interactions and site walkthroughs when required is also expected. Identifying and deploying labor/vendors through internal networks or online platforms will be part of your responsibilities.
