Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end production for BTL/ATL campaigns and events
• Liaise with creative, operations, and client servicing teams to understand campaign requirements
• Source and manage vendors, fabricators, and logistics partners
• Monitor and ensure timely execution of fabrication, branding, printing, and installations
• Conduct quality checks and ensure material standards meet brand guidelines
• Handle on-ground coordination during installations and event setups
• Maintain cost control without compromising on quality and timelines
• Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance at production sites
• Maintain documentation including purchase orders, approvals, delivery notes, etc.
• Resolve any last-minute challenges, delays, or on-site issues effectively

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of production materials, fabrication, printing processes, and branding
• Excellent project and vendor management skills
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and budgeting skills
• Good communication and team coordination abilities
• Willingness to travel and manage on-site supervision
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferred: Event Management, Production, or related field)
• 4–7 years of experience in production management within an advertising/event company

Pay: ₹17,398.29 - ₹66,571.01 per month
