Description
Key Responsibilities: Shooting / Videography: Plan and execute video shoots, including promotional videos, interviews, events, BTS, corporate videos, reels, etc. Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment effectively. Scout shoot locations and set up equipment as required. Capture high-quality footage as per the creative brief. Ensure proper framing, composition, and lighting. Editing / Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, transitions, motion graphics, and text overlays. Optimize videos for social media, YouTube, websites, and campaigns. Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, look, and feel. File Management: Organize and manage project files, raw footage, and backups efficiently. Ensure timely delivery of edited content as per deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in shooting and editing videos (portfolio required). Proficiency with professional cameras (DSLRs, mirrorless, gimbals, drones preferred). Strong knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Understanding of color correction, grading, audio syncing, and basic animation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Creativity, storytelling skills, and a keen eye for visual details. Strong time management and organizational skills. Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory): Experience in photography and photo editing. Knowledge of graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator). Familiarity with social media content trends and formats.
