Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor at an advertising agency oversees the end-to-end production process of campaigns across various media platforms – including print, digital, TV, radio, and outdoor. The role involves coordinating with creative teams, vendors, and clients to ensure that all deliverables are produced on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

• Supervise the execution of creative assets for campaigns (TV, print, digital, OOH, radio, etc.).
• Liaise with vendors, printers, post-production houses, and other third-party suppliers.
• Manage production timelines, costs, and resource allocation efficiently.
• Coordinate between creative, media, and account teams to ensure clarity and alignment on deliverables.
• Ensure all creatives meet technical specifications and brand guidelines before release.
• Oversee quality checks during production and before final dispatch/delivery.
• Handle on-ground supervision for ad shoots or installation of outdoor media, if required.
• Maintain and track production budgets; negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing.
• Prepare production schedules, status reports, and documentation for internal and client use.
• Stay updated on new production technologies, formats, and platforms.

Pay: ₹10,825.59 - ₹20,939.34 per month
