Job Description

MicroCare ENT Hospital is hiring a Photographer & Videographer for our in-house media team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling all photography and videography requirements as per hospital needs, including indoor and outdoor shoots. This role supports hospital branding, marketing, social media, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all photos and videos as required by the hospital
• Capture high-quality indoor and outdoor photography (doctors, staff, patients with consent, infrastructure, events)
• Shoot professional videos and reels for website, social media, ads, and promotions
• Operate Sony Alpha 7 Mark IV camera confidently
• Operate gimbal/stabilizer for smooth and cinematic video shots
• Edit photos and videos for final delivery
• Maintain and organize photo/video data and backups
• Coordinate with the marketing and management teams
• Be available for urgent or scheduled shoots when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in photography and videography
• Mandatory: Knowledge of Sony Alpha 7 IV camera
• Mandatory: Experience using gimbal stabilizers
• Basic to advanced photo & video editing skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in healthcare or corporate shooting is an advantage

Salary & Benefits

• ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
