Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Oversee assembly process planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to composites manufacturing and aerospace applications.
Develop and implement efficient production processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for aviation industry standards (e.g., AS9100).

Desired Candidate Profile

10-18 years of experience in a similar role within the defence & aerospace industry.
B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant field (e.g., Aviation, Mechanical).
Strong understanding of assembly process planning, composites manufacturing, and aerospace applications.
