Job Title: Production Manager – Events Location: Bhubaneswar Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 1-3 Years Reports To: Head of Production Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Production Manager to lead the technical and logistical execution of our events. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of event production—planning, vendor coordination, setup, show flow, and breakdown—to ensure every event runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end production planning for all type of events. Work closely with creative, operations, and client servicing teams to understand event objectives and production requirements. Create production timelines, floor plans, and technical specifications for each event. Supervise on-site production setup and breakdown; ensure adherence to safety standards and timelines. Manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Coordinate with venues, crew, and technical staff during rehearsals and live events. Troubleshoot production issues in real-time and make quick, effective decisions under pressure. Maintain production equipment and inventory in coordination with warehouse/logistics teams. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in event production, preferably with an agency or production house. Proven experience in managing live event production of various scales. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights during events.
