Job Title: Senior Account Executive Location: Bhubaneswar Department: Finance & Accounts Experience: 1-3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for payment follow-ups , managing GST compliance , and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. This role demands strong communication, solid knowledge of taxation, and a hands-on approach to accounts receivable and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities: Follow up with clients/customers for timely payments and maintain accurate records of receivables Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to reconcile pending invoices and collections Ensure compliance with all statutory tax regulations, including TDS, GST, and other relevant filings Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable and payable ledgers Generate invoices, credit/debit notes, and ensure proper documentation Support in preparing financial reports, MIS, and audit-related documentation Assist in bank reconciliations and other day-to-day accounting tasks Liaise with vendors and clients for account-related queries and resolutions Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or accounts receivable roles Strong knowledge of GST, TDS , and other statutory compliance Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, or similar) Strong MS Excel skills and attention to detail Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package A collaborative and stable work environment Opportunities for learning and career development Exposure to multiple aspects of finance and business operations
