Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end manufacturing process, from raw material sourcing to final garment dispatch. This includes managing production timelines, coordinating with the design team and karigars, ensuring efficient vendor communication, and maintaining optimal stock levels. The role also involves implementing rigorous quality control checks, supervising finishing and packaging processes, and upholding the brand’s high standards across every product. The ideal candidate will ensure that every piece reflects AGB’s commitment to craftsmanship, consistency, and excellence—across both online and offline orders. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in the luxury clothing manufacturing industry Production planning and scheduling skills Inventory management and resource allocation skills Quality control and process improvement skills Team leadership and communication skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design and related fields Expectations Strong vendor and supply chain management experience, particularly with fabric sourcing, trims, and local artisans Familiarity with finishing, packaging, and dispatch processes for premium garments Understanding of garment construction, technical specifications, and pattern-to-product workflow Experience coordinating with design teams and translating design intent into production-ready garments Proficiency in Excel and production management tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight timelines and evolving priorities A keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding luxury quality benchmarks Show more Show less
