Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in the Dhulagarh, Jalan Industrial Complex,Gate No- 3, Howrah, West Bengal. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and timely delivery. Day-to-day tasks may include managing production schedules, coordinating with different departments, maintaining equipment, implementing safety protocols, and supervising production staff. Qualifications Strong understanding of production management and quality control principles Experience with logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control Leadership and team management skills Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field Previous experience in the packaging industry is a plus
