Plan, organize, and manage production activities to meet customer requirements.
Prepare and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Optimize production costs, reduce wastage, and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, ISO documentation, and safety norms.
Coordinate with procurement, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Train, motivate, and lead the production team to achieve departmental targets.
Drive process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Maintain accurate daily/weekly/monthly production reports.
Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
Experience: 7 to 10 years in production management (steel / tubes / pipes industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
