Production Head

Product Quality & Yield Optimization:

· Ensure that the products manufactured are meeting the latest pharmacopeia.

· Focus on yield improvement for all the products manufacturing in the plant.

Process Review & Improvement:

· Periodically review the process/identify areas for improvement to achieve market competitiveness.

· GMP & Safety Compliance: Overhaul and enhance processes in the plant to align with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and safety guidelines.

Troubleshooting:

· Identify the root cause of OOS & provide robust CAPA

· Address unplanned deviations of the Plant with the Solutions.

New Product Development:

· Develop new products in stipulated timeline as per cGMP requirements.

Alternate vendor development:

· Undertake alternate vendor development to improve the product quality and reduce raw material cost.

Pilot & technology Transfer:

· Scale up laboratory batches in Pilot plant & establish feasibility.

· Ensure that development is implemented by Process & Technology transfer.

· Ensure the Process is robust, safe & validated.

Resource & Solvent Recovery:

· Resource Management: Optimize the use of resources in the lab and plant operations.

· Solvent Utilization: Focus on maximizing recoveries in solvents consumption to ensure eco-friendly and cost-effective operations.

Production Operation Innovation:

· Innovative Solutions: Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate innovative solutions into the product development lifecycle.

· Ensure Production plan is executed timely in plant.

· Ensure batches manufactured the quality specification and standard yields as per the batch manufacturing record.

Collaboration & Communication:

· Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure that PDL's initiatives align with the organization's broader goals.

· Feedback Loop: Create an efficient communication channel to receive feedback and integrate it into the product development process.

Training & Development:

· Team Development: Invest in training programs to upskill the PDL team, Production team and foster a culture of continuous learning.

· Knowledge Sharing: Promote a culture where team members share insights and knowledge, ensuring collective growth and innovation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
