Position Title: Production Head Single Super Phosphate (SSP) Qualification: Graduates or Diploma Holders Experience : Minimum 57 years with specific exposure to Single Super Phosphate (SSP) manufacturing Industry. Demonstrated experience in: Acidulation, denning, granulation, curing, and screening processes Handling of Sulphuric Acid plants , rock phosphate processing, and mixing operations Ensuring FCO compliance , quality standards , and pollution control norms Production planning, manpower management, and process optimization Preventive maintenance coordination with engineering teams Technical Competencies: Strong understanding of process chemistry and thermodynamics of SSP production Familiarity with plant instrumentation, automation, and safety systems Knowledge of raw material sourcing and consumption norms Proficiency in MS Office , ERP/MIS systems , and production reporting tools Behavioral and Leadership Competencies: Proven leadership ability to manage large teams and shift operations Strong decision-making and analytical capabilities Effective communication and coordination skills across departments (Maintenance, Quality, Environment, Safety, and Logistics) Ability to implement cost control measures , improve operational efficiency , and enhance product quality Commitment to safety, environmental sustainability, and regulatory compliance Preferred Industry Background: Fertilizer and Chemical Manufacturing (especially SSP, Sulphuric Acid, Phosphatic Fertilizers ) Exposure to continuous process plants will be an added advantage Posting location: Udaipur, (Rajasthan), India An immediate joiners will be preferred.
