Production Head

Position Title: Production Head Single Super Phosphate (SSP)

Qualification:

• Graduates or Diploma Holders

Experience :

• Minimum

  57 years

  with specific exposure to

  Single Super Phosphate (SSP)

  manufacturing Industry.

Demonstrated experience in:

• Acidulation, denning, granulation, curing, and screening

  processes

• Handling of Sulphuric Acid plants

  ,

  rock phosphate

  processing, and

  mixing operations

• Ensuring

  FCO compliance

  ,

  quality standards

  , and

  pollution control norms

• Production planning, manpower management, and process optimization

• Preventive maintenance coordination

  with engineering teams

Technical Competencies:

• Strong understanding of

  process chemistry and thermodynamics

  of SSP production
• Familiarity with

  plant instrumentation, automation, and safety systems

• Knowledge of

  raw material sourcing and consumption norms

• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  ,

  ERP/MIS systems

  , and

  production reporting tools
