About the Role:

WinZO TV is seeking a Production Executive to spearhead the production of our short-form, vertical micro-dramas. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a new content arm from the ground up. You'll be a key leader in our content team, responsible for the entire production lifecycle, from a script's inception to the final, polished micro-drama. Your mission is to create culturally resonant, compelling content that will define a new genre of mobile-first entertainment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in execution, problem-solving, and leading teams through the hustle of production.

What you will do:

• Lead End-to-End Production: Manage the full production pipeline of WinZO TV's content, from script development and pre-production through to principal photography and post-production. You'll be the primary point of contact for all production-related matters.
• Creative Execution & Storytelling: Work directly with production houses freelance writers, directors, and artists to translate a creative vision into a tangible product. You'll provide actionable feedback on scripts, casting choices, and set design to ensure the final product is on-brand and engaging.
• Budgeting & Resource Management: Develop, manage, and track production budgets on a per-project basis, ensuring financial efficiency and optimal resource allocation. This includes negotiating rates with crew, talent, and vendors.
• Talent & Crew Management: Build and manage a network of freelance writers, directors, cinematographers, and other production crew. You will be working with the external producers responsible for sourcing, vetting, and hiring the right talent for each micro-drama.
• Operational Execution: Create and maintain detailed production schedules, call sheets, and other essential documents. Act as the primary day-to-day contact for the producer, supporting smooth resolution of logistical and creative issues in collaboration with the creative executive.
• Liaise with Internal Stakeholders: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure content strategy is aligned with business goals and audience insights. You will serve as the project champion, communicating progress and needs across departments

What you should have:

• Proven experience as a Producer in digital, film, advertising, or short-form content production.
• Strong track record of delivering short-form or episodic content with operational precision.
• Hands-on expertise in production management in terms of budgets, scheduling, crews, vendors, and set operations.
• Demonstrated ability to run multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of mobile-first content consumption trends and production standards for vertical formats.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to bring cross-functional teams together.
