Production Executive

Position: Production Executive( CNC / VMC /Fabrication) Education: ITI/Diploma/BE Mechanical Exp: 1 to 10 years in similar industries Location: Bangalore Salary: 20,000 to 35,0000 Responsibilities : 1) Machine Operation: Load raw materials and finished parts into CNC machines, such as mills, lathes, and grinders.  2) Setup & Calibration: Set up and calibrate machine accessories, tools, and equipment to ensure correct operation.  3) Monitoring & Adjustment: Monitor machine performance during operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.  4) Quality Control: Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to verify they meet required specifications and blueprints.  5) Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting on CNC machinery to minimize downtime.  6) Documentation: Keep detailed records of machine usage, maintenance, and production runs.  7) Safety: Abide by company safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.  8) Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and resolve technical problems.  Email id: harishtumkur6@gmail.com Whats up no: 9964011196, 9606213514 Location: Peenya, Doddabalpura( Bangalofe), Karnataka
