Our work is about building legacies, whether for a home, a hospitality space, or a collector's archive. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Bengaluru. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and coordinate with various teams, ensure quality control, and optimize operational efficiency. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for inventory management, logistics coordination, and maintaining vendor relationships. Other duties include streamlining processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to strategic planning. Qualifications Strong organizational and leadership skills Experience in inventory management and logistics coordination Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using inventory management and planning software Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
