Job Title: Production Executive – Wedding Industry Experience – Minimum 3+ years of experience Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing detailed production plans, timelines, and floor layouts for each event. Coordinate pre-event logistics, including transportation, equipment, and setup planning. Liaise with decorators, caterers, sound & lighting teams, florists, and other vendors. Oversee vendor deliverables and ensure timely setup and quality assurance. Supervise the setup, execution, and breakdown of events as per production schedule. Troubleshoot last-minute issues on site and ensure smooth coordination among teams. Manage event inventory including props, technical equipment, and production materials. Ensure all logistics (venue access, permissions, licenses) are in place prior to events. Work closely with event planners, designers, and client servicing teams to align on event expectations. Coordinate with internal and external teams to meet production goals and timelines. Market survey, Material sourcing, negotiating and finding good deals, Preparing & maintaining database on Excel sheets Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in event production, preferably in the wedding industry. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, and travel to event locations as needed. Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with CAD/event layout software is a plus. Salary : As per eligibility Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
