Sales Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Assistant to lead our wedding rental furniture sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the events, wedding, decorators, banquets or furniture rental industries. This role requires excellent client relationship skills, market understanding, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, and direct clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable furniture rental packages and layouts.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and setup of rentals.
• Stay up-to-date with wedding and event trends to anticipate customer preferences.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in event rentals, furniture rentals, or wedding industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of computer is a must.
• 20% travel will be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
