Allocate tasks and provide hands-on supervision to operators and technicians. Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP, ISO, and company policies. Monitor machine performance, process parameters, and manpower utilization. Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance, QA/QC, and supply chain for smooth workflow. Maintain production records, shift reports, and documentation as per SOPs. Drive 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support training and skill development of shop-floor employees. Ensure discipline, safety, and morale of the production team.
