Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, and payments). Manage accounts payable and receivable; follow up on outstanding invoices. Prepare bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and inter-company reconciliations. Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings. Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of journal entries. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Assist in drafting MIS reports for management review. Liaise with auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders when required.
Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities to achieve output, quality, and cost targets. Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery. Allocate tasks and provide hands-on supervision to operators and technicians. Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP, ISO, and company policies. Monitor machine performance, process parameters, and manpower utilization. Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance, QA/QC, and supply chain for smooth workflow. Maintain production records, shift reports, and documentation as per SOPs. Drive 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support training and skill development of shop-floor employees. Ensure discipline, safety, and morale of the production team.
Monitor and validate synthetic routes, reaction progress, yield, and reproducibility. Review and approve batch manufacturing records (BMR), test reports, and certificates of analysis (COA). Develop and validate analytical methods for new synthetic compounds. Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, ICH, and regulatory guidelines. Perform root cause analysis for deviations and non-conformances; implement CAPA. Oversee instrument calibration, maintenance, and laboratory documentation. Collaborate with R&D, production, and regulatory teams during process development and scale-up. Support internal audits, supplier audits, and regulatory inspections. Train lab and plant staff on quality systems, SOPs, and safety protocols.
