Production Executive

JOB PURPOSE:

To execute production in their shifts as per Production Plan by maintaining quality and with proper utilization of man/machine.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· To prepare Production schedule and plan production activities in order to achieve production targets.

· To allocate resources like Manpower Resources, Raw Material, Equipment & machinery to achieve the Production targets and optimize the output.

· To monitor the process as it should be as per GMP, SOPs and Company policies and Procedures

· To co-ordinate with QC department for ensuring the quality of Raw materials, Intermediates & Finished products.

· To check and ensure that all Batch records are being filled online and accurately.

· To impart trainings to sub-ordinates as per the identified the training needs and keep the staff motivated.

· To facilitate Internal as well as External Audits.

· To ensure zero accidents & incident and that all the jobs being performed are in compliance with safety norms.

· Member of Internal Audit team, Food Safety Team.

· Responsible for monitoring of OPRP/CCP's and authorize to stop production in case of CCP violation.

Experience/Knowledge/Technical Skills

· Minimum 2-5 years of experience.

· Preferably from a medium to large scale organization or a system oriented third-party unit of some MNC

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Food or Diploma/Degree in Mechanical.

Or minimum experience of 5 years in food processing industries.

Knowledge

· Should have good knowledge of food processing.

· Should have knowledge of GMP, GHK, and GHP.

· Should aware about ISO and HACCP systems

· Should have basic knowledge of machines related with processing.

· Should have working knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Excel with use of internet.

Technical Skills

· Preferably knowledge of food processing/ Spice manufacturing.

· Basic engineering knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
