Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the entire daily operations of the liquid paint production department, ensuring all production targets and deadlines are met without deviation.
Manage budget spending for the department and establish quality control programs to achieve top product standards.
Create, monitor, and adjust production schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate manpower and machine loads to optimize output.
Implement company-standard operating procedures for raw material premixing, grinding, mixing, and paint formulation ensuring consistency in each batch.
Supervise the safe charging of extenders, pigments, resins, solvents, and additives into dispersion and grinding machines to achieve required properties.

Skills

Should have 10+ years of experience.
Must be a graduate in any stream( BA /B Sc / B. Com )
Open to relocating.
