Production Executive

As a Production Manager at an MNC located in Naigian Vasai, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility that specializes in the production of custom flags, event backdrops, and display hardware. Your responsibilities will include coordinating staff, managing workflow, ensuring product quality, and driving efficiency and safety across all production lines. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, schedule, and manage daily production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets - Supervise and lead production teams across multiple departments including sewing, printing, finishing, welding, powder coating, and hardware assembly - Ensure optimal utilization of resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials - Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives like lean manufacturing and 5S - Collaborate closely with design, sales, and logistics teams to meet customer specifications - Swiftly troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Manage inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with procurement - Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience (3+ years) as a Production Manager or in a similar manufacturing leadership role - Background in textile, signage, or large-format printing industries is preferred - Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and process optimization - Knowledge of printing technologies, sewing equipment, and hardware assembly processes - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Familiarity with ERP or production management software - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment In this role, you can expect a work environment that involves both manufacturing floor and office-based tasks.
