Production Engineer

Hiring Production Engineer with 3 years plus experience in plastic machine manufacturing or extrusion machine manufacturing set up.

Industry: Plastics, Packaging, or Polymer Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight: Supervise and manage the manufacturing operation of blown film extrusion machines.
• Process Optimization: Ensure efficient utilization of materials, minimize waste, and optimize machine performance.
• Team Management: Lead and train production staff and technicians.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain consistent quality of films, meeting customer specifications and industry standards.
• Machine Maintenance: Oversee regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Inventory Control: Manage raw materials, monitor usage, and coordinate with procurement teams.
• Compliance: Ensure safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies are followed.
• Reporting: Provide detailed reports on production performance, machine efficiency, and material consumption.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of blown film extrusion processes and machinery.
• Proficiency in polymer properties and material behaviour.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical thinking for troubleshooting and process improvement.

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field.

Experience:

• 3+ years in plastic extrusion or a similar manufacturing process.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with extrusion machinery, tools, and software.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
