Job Description

We are looking for an experience telecaller with 1 year experience. The role involves reaching out to customers, maintaining regular follow-ups, and ensuring excellent customer engagement. Success in this position means establishing strong customer relationships, providing timely updates, and contributing to our organizations growth by improving customer retention and satisfaction. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers to provide updates, follow-ups, and resolve inquiries. Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions in the system. Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication. Identify customer needs and ensure their concerns are addressed efficiently. Work closely with the team to provide feedback and improve customer engagement strategies. Meet daily and monthly call targets as set by the management. Qualifications: Experience: Prior experience in a similar telecalling or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in basic Languages Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using CRM tools or basic computer knowledge. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: Telemarketing: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
