· Check production sheet daily for better knowing daily work. · Attend daily kick-off meeting to get aware for daily work updates and for do easily plan to inspection at outsource and in house also. · Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are. · Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements. · Every day the report of the worker has to be made and take daily reports from QC engineers and review. · You must have knowledge of Vernier, Micro Meter and bore gauge. · You must have Knowledge of CNC, LATH and Grinding Machine. · Divide work to all QC engineers under your supervision. · Take drawing & make control plan and handover to QC engineers and also guide them. · Take responsibility to make all job with zero rework and if any rework found in machining then repair or rework it at that time only with help of production team. · Take responsibility for cross check all the dimensions readings checked by QC engineers and if any doubt solve at a time. · Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures. · Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible. · Also check proper marking on job for do circlip groove, keyway distances and its length before start operation to avoid rejection, after getting permission from QC engineer then operator will start operation. · Also check roller face length, roller total length, bearing thrust. · Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes. · Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order) · Review current blueprints and quality documentation. · Set and track quality assurance goals. · Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance. · Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products. · If any job required outsource process like grinding, hard chrome plating, rubber coating, vmc operations etc. you have to make challan/annexure/gate pass and send for process as per require in drawing. · Also inform vendor in advance to do proper packing while collecting material from them.
