Role Summary

Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise production schedules based on work orders and deadlines
• Monitor day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure machinery efficiency
• Coordinate with design and fabrication teams to streamline production
• Ensure product quality and adherence to technical specifications
• Minimize production downtime through effective planning and preventive maintenance
• Manage raw material requirements and maintain daily production logs
• Report production performance, wastage, and improvement ideas to management
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety standards

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing/engineering setup preferred
• Good knowledge of mechanical machinery and fabrication techniques
• Familiarity with production planning and process documentation
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, production reports, and inventory tracking
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
