Production Engineer

Role Description

We’re looking for a skilled Production Engineer to manage plant operations, ensure high-quality output, and keep processes running efficiently. This is a hands-on role with involvement across production, maintenance, quality control, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet targets.

Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime.

Prepare and manage Bill of Materials (BOM), perform unit cost analysis, track defects, and ensure QC compliance.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and inventory teams; experience with Odoo ERP is preferred.

Oversee machine trials, installations, and commissioning of new equipment.

Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Travel to sites when required to support operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related fields.

Proven experience in production, maintenance, and cross-functional coordination.

Strong knowledge of machinery, troubleshooting, and cost analysis.

Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo preferred).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
