Production Engineer

Job Description

a) Knowledge in sheet metal stamping and welding process. b) Knowledge in preparation of production planning, allocation of machine, allocation of man power, capacity analysis, reporting production data. c) Awareness in quality systems standards like ISO 9001 /IATF 16949 Standards d) Adherence of production control like control plan, operation standard, TPM, OEE, MTTR, MTBF, work environment, management of production tooling and manufacturing, test, inspection tooling and equipment, 5S, etc. e) Adherence of production planning, scheduling, execution on time and ensure compliance f) Preparing record of production, production department Quality objectives, on-the-job training, and achieve those targets and awareness on Quality Policy g) Identifying the continuous improvements areas and implementation of the same. Qualification : B.E/ DME in Mechanical Experience : Minimum 5 / 7 years’ experience in sheet part production or in an Automotive Industry Note : Able to join within 1 week to 10 days Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Morning shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
