Job Title: Production Engineer

The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing the production operations within a factory. This includes overseeing staff, ensuring product quality, maintaining safety standards, and meeting production targets. The supervisor coordinates with various departments to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision of Production Staff:*

- Manage and lead a team of production workers.

- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure optimal workflow.

- Train new employees and provide ongoing training to existing staff.

2. *Production Management:*

- Plan and organize production schedules.

- Ensure that production targets are met within deadlines.

- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.

3. *Quality Control:*

- Implement and enforce quality control procedures.

- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Address and resolve any production or quality issues promptly.

4. *Safety and Compliance:*

- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.

- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.

- Address any safety hazards immediately.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

5. *Continuous Improvement:*

- Identify opportunities for process improvements.

- Implement changes to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations.

6. *Reporting and Documentation:*

- Maintain accurate production records and reports.

- Prepare regular reports on production performance and metrics.

- Document any production issues and actions taken.

Qualifications:

- *Education:* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.

- *Experience:* Proven experience as a production supervisor or in a similar role.

- *Skills:*

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.

- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,045.49 per month
