Production Associate & Production Supervisor

The Production Manager will oversee and manage the entire production process of lifting and material handling products, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and cost-effectiveness. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills to drive productivity while maintaining workplace safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control production operations to meet delivery schedules and quality targets.
• Supervise daily activities of production staff, allocate work, and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare and review production plans, schedules, and reports.
• Optimize production processes to reduce costs, minimize wastage, and improve efficiency.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring availability for uninterrupted production.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Train, motivate, and lead the production team to achieve organizational goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of best practices in manufacturing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum: B.Com Graduate or higher (MBA / PG in Operations / Production preferred).
• Proven experience in production / manufacturing management (preferably in engineering, material handling, or heavy equipment industry).
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Good understanding of quality standards, safety compliance, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, or production management software.

Preferred:

• Experience in the material handling / lifting equipment sector.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and other manufacturing standards.
• Hands-on experience in managing both manpower and machinery in a manufacturing setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
