Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, coordinating sales efforts, and maintaining customer satisfaction through efficient support and communication. Responsibilities Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing reports, and following up with clients. Handle order processing, tracking shipments, and coordinating with logistics to ensure timely delivery. Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM databases. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Support the planning and execution of sales events, campaigns, and meetings.
