Job Description

We are seeking a persuasive and motivated Sales Coordinator to join Myndwells (www.myndwell.io) dynamic team in Chennai. This role is key to driving business growth by connecting with potential customers, explaining our offerings, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate is fluent in multiple languages, results-driven and enjoys interacting with people over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales Conversion:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services

Explain features, benefits and pricing effectively to aid decision-making

Follow up on leads and nurture interest through regular engagement

Customer Interaction & Support:

Handle inbound queries and provide detailed information about products/services

Address objections and resolve customer concerns professionally

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, payments and service activation Sales Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up notes and sales records

Update CRM and other systems regularly with lead status and customer information

Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports

Team Collaboration:

Share customer feedback and insights with the marketing and product teams

Participate in team huddles and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any discipline

24 years of experience in telesales or outbound calling roles

Fluency in English, Hindi and Tamil is mandatory

Proficiency in other South Indian languages (e.g., Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) is an added advantage

Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working with CRM systems and MS Office tools

Target-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
