Production Associate

Production Associate Location: Vasai Company: Doit Industries Limited Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000 per month Timing: 9 AM – 9 PM Job Description: We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team at Doit Industries Limited. The role involves assisting with daily production tasks and maintaining smooth factory operations. Responsibilities: Assist machine operators and production staff in daily activities. Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished goods. Maintain cleanliness and order on the factory floor. Perform manual labor such as lifting, carrying, or sorting materials. Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents. Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision. Support quality control by checking products for defects. Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of goods. Help with inventory management by counting and recording stock. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory). Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing setup is an advantage. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery (training provided). Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
