There are four strong product brands: JOST, ROCKINGER, TRIDEC, QUICKE Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Develop and expand the Sales and Marketing programs for JOST Products in India. Ensure continued growth of JOST business through OEMs and aftermarket sales channel including Dealers and Trailer Builders in the body building segment. Specific competencies expected: Strategies for business forecasting, annual sales plan. Evaluate product sales and margin trends through regular customer visits to identify growth opportunities. Establish regional marketing program goals, targets and priorities. Accountable for achieving sales volume as per annual business plan. Identify Competitor SWOT, analyze them for marketing strategies and course correction, if necessary. Sales realization / Collections from customers. Co-ordinate for quality / warranty issues from the customers. Design and lead sales promotional activities, like service campaigns, product branding campaigns, road shows etc. Project management on new developments with OEMs Aftermarket channel establishment / management Brand management and promotion Competitor analysis / tracking and evolve strategies to fuel growth of JOST products Preferred candidate profile Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engg. Good scores (average 60%) throughout the career. Good to have Post degree in Sales & Marketing Experience in handling Heavy Commercial OEMs like Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Bharat Benz, Volvo-Eicher Commercial Vehicles and Mahindra & Mahindra Multinational Company working experience Additional requirements Dealer handling, Field service experience. Warranty / Products claims handling. Trailer axle / suspension sales experience would add on as advantage PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Ability to mentor and coach the team while leading from the front. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to influence stakeholders inside and outside the organisation. Sound analytical skills and willingness to travel extensively. Excellent command over MS Excel and Power point. The incumbent sets priorities and establishes a work plan to complete broadly defined assignments and achieve desired results. The position requires thorough knowledge of company products, and product applications on which intense training would be provided. The position is required to travel frequently to keep in touch with the customer base and generate regular business.
