Job holder should have minimum of 10 years of work experience with at least 4 years of specific techno-commercial experience in B2B sales preferably in the field of Chemicals and Polymers. Excellent knowledge of PU technology and applications, well-developed and proven commercial acumen, driving continuous improvement, high focus on achieving sales, strong customer intimacy, agility and drive, cultural awareness, high entrepreneurship, open mindset, problem solving ability, strong level of integrity, strong inter-personal skills.
